How do I track my shipment?
Every shipment gets a tracking number in the format MLD-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it on the tracking page to see the current status and every update with its time and location.
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the service, distance, weight and size of the shipment. Send a quote request and we'll reply with the exact price before anything is collected.
How do I book a pickup?
Use the pickup form, choose a date and tell us where to collect from. We'll contact you to confirm the time and price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Choose International shipping when you request a quote and include the destination country. We'll confirm the options and the customs documents you'll need.
Will I get updates without checking the website?
If you give us an email address when booking, we can email you when your shipment's status changes. The tracking page always has the latest status.
